We mapped Florida's milestone and SIRS mandates — §553.899 and §718.112, as amended by HB 913 (effective July 1, 2025) — into a working module: a per-building compliance engine that computes scope, runs the deadlines, and holds the record. It tracks and enforces; your counsel still makes the legal calls.

An interactive pressure gauge auto-fails an out-of-range reading, and 'mark all pass' can never overwrite a measurement someone actually took.
