Scott Evans brings more than 25 years of operating experience shaped by service in the U.S. Air Force and Army National Guard, followed by leadership across construction services and security systems. He was part of the team that developed and launched Vertilinc, a property management software platform, and built out its network — one piece of 22+ years of networking and IT/computer work in the condo and HOA space. Those environments taught him that complex operations succeed or fail on the quality of their shared information. Today, he applies that discipline to the built environment, developing the intelligence systems that help premium residential properties see clearly, decide earlier, and preserve institutional knowledge. EciergeOS grew from that operating perspective—not from a software trend.
